Treinta años después regresa a su ciudad en un documental musical y coral que entrelaza su historia con la de cuatro jóvenes que también se llaman María. Una película sobre lo que le cuesta a una mujer convertirse en sí misma.
At seventeen, María Rodríguez boarded a train from Seville to Barcelona and stepped off as La Mala Rodríguez, a pioneer of Spanish-language rap. Thirty years later she returns to her city in a choral music documentary that weaves her story with those of four young women also called María. A film about what it costs a woman to become herself.
